I have over 20 years of experience in the field of Nutrition Science.  I received my Doctorate in Nutritional Biochemistry from The Ohio State University where I also trained as a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist.  I have published multiple peer-reviewed publications in the areas of pediatric nutrition and bioavailability and metabolism of dietary bioactive components.  I am co-inventor of numerous marketed pediatric and adult nutritional products with multiple patents.
